Certified Child Welfare Legal Specialist

Julie O. Wolff

Our dedicated team of attorneys, led by Child Welfare Legal Specialist, Julie O. Wolff, is dedicated to providing support, advocacy, and resources to your family in order to protect your family in a safe and nurturing environment.

Julie O. Wolff grew up in sunny Southern California.  Her parents separated when she was in elementary school, but the divorce was not finalized until she was nearly 16 years old. That experience was not so sunny for her or her sibling. Ms. Wolff went to law school to help people who need help, with a goal to provide empathy and real life experience to improving the personal experiences of her clients while enduring legal disputes.

Julie O. Wolff began her legal career as a juvenile dependency attorney representing parents in child welfare hearings in one of the state contracted firms.  In that position, Ms. Wolff was in court an average of four days per week. She successfully competed numerous trials, including cross-examining expert witnesses on child abuse and substance abuse.

As a private attorney, Ms. Wolff now has a manageable caseload and is able to assist parents, relatives, and foster families in child welfare cases. She vigorously advocates for victims of domestic violence and fiercely defends those falsely accused of violence. Her practice areas include all aspects of family law, including assisted reproduction (sperm donation, egg donation and surrogacy).
