Samantha Edwards

Samantha Edwards is a graduate of California Western School of Law, with an area of concentration in Child, Family, and Elder Law. Samantha was admitted to practice law in California in December 2018 and Nevada in May 2019, after passing both bar exams on the first attempt. Since graduation, Samantha has exclusively practiced family law in San Diego County.

Samantha has extensive practice representing clients in all areas of family law, including domestic violence restraining orders, child custody and visitation, financial issues, mediation, and complex asset division. Samantha aims to provide aggressive and compassionate representation, as she works closely with her clients to strategize and plan for long term success.

Samantha is a Certified Family Law Specialist, which means the State of California has certified her as an expert in this field. Samantha has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Thomson Reuters in both 2023 and 2024, reflecting her high achievements and expertise both in and out of the courtroom.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys reading and spending time at the beach with her dog, Dolly!
