Donina Ramirez is a dedicated family law paralegal with a diverse professional background spanning legal services, education, curriculum development, and client relations. She brings a rare combination of compassion, organization, and real-world problem-solving to every matter she supports.

 

Donina has worked in family law since 2021, assisting attorneys with drafting legal documents, organizing evidence, managing client files, preparing filings, and providing direct support throughout the life of each case. Her experience includes roles at multiple California family law firms, where she became known for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to keep cases moving smoothly in fast-paced environments.

In addition to her legal experience, Donina spent several years in educational leadership roles, including Curriculum Coordinator and Office Manager for early childhood education programs. In these positions, she developed training materials, ensured compliance with state licensing regulations, coordinated with teachers and administrators, and served as a primary point of contact for families. This background gives her a deep understanding of family dynamics and the importance of clear, compassionate communication during stressful transitions.

Donina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines, an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and her Paralegal Certificate from California State University San Marcos. She is tech-savvy, highly organized, and known for providing outstanding customer service to clients and colleagues alike.

Outside the office, Donina is a competitive dancer and gymnastics instructor who works with children, teaching strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Her commitment to service, teamwork, and growth reflects the same values she brings to her work with families every day.
